No brokerage, no commission, no finder's fee, at any step. Namma PG is run by PGAWAB, the Paying Guest Accommodation Welfare Association, Bangalore: the city's PG owners, organised so that everyone who lives in a PG gets a good one.

1See the PG as it is right nowSearch near your college or office. Every PG here is published by its own owner, with their photographs, the rent per room type, and a count of available beds read live from their records. Not a broker's version of it.
2aBook a visit and confirm itPick a day and a time, in person or on a video call. The request goes straight to the owner, nobody in between, and they confirm it with you.
2bOr pay a token and reserve itSure already? Choose the room, verify your number, pay the token online, and the bed is held for you. The token goes to that PG, and nobody takes a commission off it.

Namma PG is a community site. It is run by PGAWAB, the Paying Guest Accommodation Welfare Association, Bangalore, which reviews and manages what appears here. The association exists for unity and welfare among the city's PG owners, so that anyone looking for a PG in Bengaluru finds a good one.

That is why there is no broker on this site and never a commission: the owners list their own PGs, and you deal with them directly.
