  2. 02Common amenities are not personal amenities. Action will be taken in case an amenity is found in personal possession
  3. 03Any kind of illegal activities like gambling, ragging, and usage of drugs will not be tolerated here.
  4. 04Switch of appliances when not in use
  5. 05If food is ordered from outside by the tenant, then all leftovers and packaging materials should be disposed of in appropriate dustbins.
  6. 06Water should be used judiciously. The tenant should report any water leakages to the security/property manager as soon as the same is noticed.
