  1. 01RULES AND REGULATIONS:
  2. 02● The latest entry timing is 10pm every night for the Hostelite.
  3. 03● The Hostelite must take prior permission from the PG with a letter or a
  4. 04message from the local guardian or parents if she wishes to stay out of the PG
  5. 05or is planning to arrive late.
  6. 06● Visitor’s entry to the room is strictly prohibited.
  7. 07● All the provisions given by the PG(furniture, equipment, cutlery etc) must be
  8. 08well maintained by every Hostelite. In case of defacing or damaging any of it,
  9. 09the respective cost shall be deducted from the security deposit of the
  10. 10Hostelite.
  11. 11● The rent is due by the 8th of every month. If not paid, an overdue of Rs200 will
  12. 12be charged and Rs100/day later on.
  13. 13● All payments must be made to the owner of the PG and the PG is not
  14. 14responsible if the payments are made to the staff and escalated.
  15. 15● Hostelite found under influence or possession of alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco or
  16. 16any such substances will be expelled immediately.
  17. 17● Parties or gatherings are not allowed in the PG premises. Hostelite must
  18. 18maintain decorum.
  19. 19● Misbehaviour in the premises with each other or with the management is
  20. 20strictly frowned upon and shall face consequences accordingly.
  21. 21● Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided unless mentioned otherwise.
  22. 22● The PG is not responsible for any belongings of the Hostelite in case of any
  23. 23loss, theft or damage.
  24. 24● Maintenance fee is Rs2000 for every six months.
  25. 25● Hostelites must pledge to save water and electricity) are allowed in the rooms..
  26. 26● No electronic equipments(iron, induction stoves etc
  27. 27● If the Hostelite decides to vacate the PG within one month:
