  2. 02* Management is not responsible for your belongings like gold, credit/debit cards , mobile phones, laptop , cash etc...
  3. 03* Electric stove , gas , cookers etc are not allowed inside the premises otherwise 500 penalty.
  4. 04* If any doubt of anything wrong going on in the room, management will check anytime.
  5. 05* Please make sure that all the lights and fans are SWITCHED OFF before you leave the room and handover the power card in the reception..
  6. 06* 1month prior notice period should be given to vacate the PG otherwise advance is not refundable.
  7. 07* If any damages has been caused to the property then you have compensate for the belongings.
  8. 08* Wet clothes must not be placed on the Beds.
  9. 09* In case any accidents/suicide happens inside the PG from your side due to your problem the PG owner is not responsible for your problems or negligence towards your own life.
  10. 10* If your personal key card given by the owner has been missed then fine of $50 USD has to be paid.
  11. 11* Smoking & consumption of alcohol is not allowed inside the PG premises.
  12. 12* Any illegal activities & illegal items will be not allowed inside the PG.
  13. 13* Maintenance charge 5000/- will be charged while leaving the Property.
